Academic Program: Step Up Scholarship Funding and Tuition Payment Schedule

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to Evergreen are non-refundable.

Step Up deposits scholarship funds into each student’s EMA account according to the following schedule:

Step Up Funding Schedule

Quarter 1: August 1 for renewal students; September 1 for new students
Quarter 2: November 1
Quarter 3: February 1
Quarter 4: April 1

Funding dates are subject to change based on Step Up For Students’ policies and processing schedule.

Tuition Payment Schedule

Tuition payments are due quarterly by the 10th of each designated payment month. Payment arrangements may be coordinated directly with the school office.

Quarter 1: September 10, 2026
Quarter 2: November 10, 2026
Quarter 3: February 10, 2027
Quarter 4: April 9, 2027

If Step Up funding is delayed, the school office will provide families with an adjusted payment deadline.
